Mat Holland
I joined Malcolm Webster's practice at the end of 2017 as an associate and in 2018 we formed the new practice Webster Holland. Prior to this I spent 12 years working for a "big four' accounting firm here in Tauranga. In March 2021 Malcolm retired and I became the sole Director. I'm a Chartered Accountant and have a broad range of advisory and accounting skills and experience. My passion is for working with business owners and their team to help them understand, grow and improve their business. I'm not about glitz and glamour, I'm about giving good solid relevant advice when you need it. I'm interested in business owners goals overall, not just the financial goals.
When not at work I can usually be found enjoying time with my two teenagers, exploring the outdoors & beaches or cruising in my 1966 Holden HR.
If you would like to chat about how I can help you I can be contacted on 07 578 8702 or mat@websterholland.co.nz

He provides down to earth practical advice and has a genuine interest in helping our clients succeed.
Michelle Stimpson
Michelle started working as an accountant in 2003 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Studies and post graduate diploma of Professional Accounting from Massey University. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and worked with Mat & Jono for a “big four” accounting practice in Tauranga prior to joining Webster Holland in 2018. Michelle is a Xero expert who has experience across a wide range of industries, including farms, horticulture, trades, retail, and not-for-profits. She enjoys working with businesses to help them understand their numbers and use these to achieve their goals, as well as assisting with the practicalities of day-to-day cloud accounting.
Michelle’s personal interests include art, particularly painting and drawing, spending time with her daughter, walking and spending time at the beach. She is also a voracious reader.
